Marking excursion attendance rolls

To mark excursion attendance:

  1. Select Students > Excursion Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
    The Set Excursion Search Criteria window is displayed.
     
  2. Search for excursions. See Searching for excursions.
  3. Click the Attendances bar.
    The Attendances bar is displayed.
  4. Click the Mark Attendance launch link for the attendance roll being marked.

    Note: If you do not have any attendance rolls in the grid area, see Creating excursion attendance rolls.

    The Mark Attendance window is displayed.
  5. Select the Attended field for each student that attended the excursion.

    Tip:
    Select the Show Alerts field to display any important alerts such as medical alerts.
