Creating excursion attendance rolls

To add excursion attendance rolls:

  1. Select Students > Excursion Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
    The Set Excursion Search Criteria window is displayed.
  2. Search for excursions. See Searching for excursions.
  3. Click the Attendances bar.
    The Attendances bar is displayed.
  4. Click .
    The Add Roll Marking Events window is displayed.
  5. Select a Start Time.
  6. Select a To time.
  7. Select either:
    • Create one roll with all students
    • Create one roll for one group
    • Create rolls for each group in a group type.
