South Australian schools can use the SA GOV tab of the Import/Export Student Data window to export the Persistent Non-Attendance Report required by the South Australian Government.
Note: You must set the Value of the RegionCode configuration setting to SA to view this tab. See RegionCode configuration setting.
Note: You must map outbound Synergetic lookup table values to the values expected by the South Australian Government. For more information about the demographic mapping requirements of each state, see Using the Interface Settings window.
Opening the SA GOV tab To open the SA GOV tab: - Select Module > Students > Student Data Import/Export from the main menu.
The Import/Export Student Data window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the student import and export functions by clicking .
- Click the SA GOV tab.

- This field value is the total of the following three columns.

Date From/To | Select a date range to include all qualifying absences within the specified range. Note: These fields are automatically populated with the required term dates based on the term selected in the Term field (see above). |

Include External Students | Select this field to include students enrolled at another school that are undertaking classes at your organisation. Note: Students are treated as external students when their student status on the Status sub-tab of the School tab of Current Student Maintenance has a SynergyMeaning of EXTERNAL.
