Import_Export Student Data - AIMS tab

Use the AIMS tab to export student details to the AIMS library system.

 Opening the AIMS tab

To open the AIMS tab:

  1. Select Module > Students > Student Data Import/Export from the main menu.
    The WA SCSA tab of the Import/Export Student Data window is displayed.
    Tip: You can also access the student import and export functions by clicking .
  2. Click the AIMS tab.
    The AIMS tab of the Import/Export Student Data window is displayed.

    Tip: You can customise the query that is used to create the export file using Configuration File Maintenance. Key 1 = Students, Key 2 = DataExport, Key 3 = AIMS, Key 4 = StudentAddress or StudentDetails. See Maintaining configuration files in the System maintenance manual.

Description

Process Type

Select to either:

  • export student details
  • export student addresses.

Year Level From / To

Range of year levels to export.

Leaving Date >

Include student records with a leaving date greater than that specified.

File Name

Name of exported file.

Note: Do not include the file extension at the end of the file name.
