Configuring Crystal Reports before creating reports
To configure Crystal Reports before creating a report:
- Start Crystal Reports Developer.
- Select File > Options from the main menu.
- Click the Database tab, if not already selected.
The Database tab is displayed. - Select the following fields:
• Use Indexes or Server for Speed
• Perform Grouping on Server
• Database Server is Case-Insensitive. - Clear the following fields:
• Verify On First Refresh
• Verify Stored Procedures On First Refresh. - Click the Reporting tab.
The Reporting tab is displayed. - Clear the following fields:
• Save Data With Report
• Save Preview Picture. - Save and close the window.
