Updating Crystal Reports for the single database structure

To update a custom Crystal Report to the single database structure:

1. Open the custom Crystal Report in Crystal Reports.
2. Select Database > Set Database Location.
   The Set Database Location window is displayed.
3. Select the reports data source location in the Current Data Source Area.
   
4. The location will be either:
   • SynergyOne
   • SynergyOneFinance.
5. Select My Connections in the Replace with area.
6. Select Synergetic.
   
7. Click .
8. Enter the system administrator (sa) password.
9. Click Finish.
10. Repeat steps 1 through 8 for each sub-report.
11. Click Close.
12. Save the changes.
