Student Results Maintenance - Assessment tab

Use the Assessment tab to view or modify results for any student belonging to the assessment code of the class you are currently processing.

For example, if 07MATHSR, 07MATHSF and 07MATHSJ all have an assessment code of 07MATHS, then you can assess all these classes at the same time.

You may not have access to this tab. The curriculum coordinator may restrict access to this tab as this function can allow staff members to view or update other staff member's assessment results.

Note: If the results have been exported from the network version of Synergetic, you can work on them after you re-import them or unlock the class. See Unlocking exported classes.

Note:
Results maintenance checks the Rprts Prntd and Athr Stppd fields in the Year Level area in File Semester Maintenance. This allows the owner to lock out results for a single year level without affecting other levels. See Student File Semester Maintenance - File Semester tab in the Curriculum manual.
