Alternatively, you can use SynWeb using a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, to connect to the web server if your organisation is running SynWeb. Refer to the SynWeb Assessments and reports manual.

- Use the DocMan tab to maintain documents for internal use only relating to the subject assessment area. See Subject Assessment Maintenance - Area tab - DocMan sub-tab.

You can also monitor data using the assessments and reports Power BI dashboards. See Monitoring assessments and reports data using Power BI Dashboards.
Department administrators can define and alter the style of reporting independently of how results and comments are entered by staff. If required, department administrators can enforce:
- result types, using their own edit masks
- lengths of comments, to ensure comments will fit on a uniform report layout
- comments to be used, if they want to restrict staff to standard department agreed comments.
