Subject Assessment Maintenance - Documents tab

Use the Documents tab to list documents that relate to all classes using the subject assessment code.

Documents listed here are displayed in a class list under the Results tab of the community portal for all students taking a class that uses this subject assessment code. See Customising the Results tab in the Community Portal Configuration manual.

 Opening the Documents tab

To open the Documents tab:

  1. Select Module > Assessments > Subject Assessment Area Maintenance.
    The Set Subject Assessment Search Criteria window is displayed.
    Tip: You can also access the Set Subject Assessment Search Criteria window by clicking .

  2. Update the search criteria.
  3. Click .
  4. Select the subject to maintain assessments for. See Searching for subjects and assessment areas.

    The Summary sub-tab of the Summary tab of the Subject Assessment Maintenance window is displayed. 
  5. Click the Documents tab.
    The Documents tab of the Subject Assessment Maintenance window is displayed.

Universal Resource Locator for the document.

Note: Documents must be stored where they are accessible via the Internet or they will not be viewable on the community portal.


Which module the document is managed under:

  • REPASS - Subject Assessment Maintenance
  • REPCLA - Class Maintenance.




Add a new document.

Delete the currently selected document.

Launch a web browser to navigate to the selected document's URL and open the document.
