Summary	We are pleased to announce that Version 71.45 of the Synergetic suite of products is available now. The changes in this release includes improvements* and bug fixes. *Please note that most releases are likely to include security enhancements that are not explicitly mentioned. This is to avoid exposing details of vulnerabilities for schools on earlier releases. We recommend upgrading as frequently as practicable.

Improvement	DSY-25957	WA SCSA - 2025 - Change to RSCOT (Remove Criterion 4)	Documentation	Student Import and Export of data	The WA-SCSA changes to the RSCOT data submission specification have been done. Criterion 4 has been removed from the curriculum reference tables and the output data submission file and the Max Result has been adjusted for Criterions 2 and 3. Note: For 2025, schools should now either not add, or if it has already been added, remove Criterion 4 from the Criteria grid for CCWACOAT in Subject Assessment Area Other Definition Maintenance. Bug	DSY-25853	Online Applications can be submitted before document upload is complete	FormBuilder	Form Builder	Submitting or "saving for later" applications made through application portal will not be permitted if attached documents have not finished uploading. Improvement	DSY-25963	Docman tab in Creditor Invoice Entry	SynMain	Creditors	DocMan tab now exists in Creditor Invoice Entry and shows exactly the same documents as you would see through Creditor Maintenance. When importing a document from Creditor Invoice Entry, and the user is authorised to a document classification with a SynergyMeaning or 'CreditorInvoice', then this classification is automatically selected
Bug	DSY-25973	Online Enrolment Application - Application form containing date value with dash separator is incorrectly saved	Core API, FormBuilder	Form Builder	The system/enrolment forms created using the Form builder application only accepts dates with slashes (e.g., 12/05/2024), matching the inline validation message. Improvement	DSY-25952	Update Community GET API with additional response fields	Core API	3rd Party Integration	This update enhances the Community GET API by adding new response fields, aimed at streamlining the enrolment process and boosting the efficiency of community information management. Bug	DSY-25988	Student reports archived incorrectly in hosted environment	SynMain	Assessments and Reporting - Print Student Reports	An issue existed when running the Print Student Report program and performing the archival process in a hosted environment (or config key StudentReportsPrint\|Archive\|HostedMode is set to 'Y'). If the one report includes all classes (due to assessment codes not having a report style defined), and there are multiple reports defined in luYearLevelReportsExtra for the particular year level, then the combined report just contains multiple copies of the last entry in luYearLevelReportsExtra. Bug	DSY-25942	ClassDescription incorrectly limited to 50 characters in Timetable import	SynAPI, SynDB	Import/Export to/from Timetabler	When using SynAPI to import timetable data, the ClassDescription field was getting truncated at 50 characters when it should actually be 100. Bug	DSY-25958	Making a Community Portal payment in NAB on hosted	SynComPort	NAB Transact	Fixed the issue in Community Portal Hosted where NAB online payments did not work and also users could not create and update NAB stored cards.
