New resources have been created for the maintenance of Stripe surcharge lookup tables. They can be set using Group/User Security Maintenance and are as follows
SYS - > LookupMaint||luStripeSurcharges
SYS - > LookupMaint||luStripeSurchargesDetails
SYS - > LookupMaint||luStripeSurchargeType

Upon creation of the resources users who have permission to SYS → OnlinePaymentsMaint will receive access to these lookup tables
