AutoSpellCheck

Description
The AutoSpellCheck setting is used to determine whether the spelling of comments is automatically checked when they are entered in Student Results Maintenance.
Upon exiting the comment field or student record a spell check is automatically applied to the comment.
 

Default value
The default value is True.
Synergetic checks the spelling when a user leaves the Comments field on either the:

  • Student Results Maintenance window
  • Topic Comment window.

The Spelling window is displayed, allowing the user to deal with the error.

 

Setting a different value
Clear the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window to set the value to False. See Maintaining configuration files.
