Description
The UnderlayFile configuration setting determines the file name and path for an underlay PDF file used to merge with the archived student results report. For example, you want certain reports watermarked.
To apply an underlay when printing or archiving a student report:

• enter the file name and path for the underlay in the Value field
• select Apply underlay to individual class reports in the Print Student Reports window.

Note: If you are archiving using SynWeb, the location of the PDF must be accessible to the web server, rather than your local system.
If you want the Crystal Report merged with an underlay file, type the file location of the PDF (portable document format) underlay file here. If the Store archive in DocMan field is selected on the Print Students Reports window the combined student results PDF is stored.
 

Setting a different value
Type the new path and filename into the Value field in the Configuration File Maintenance window.
