luStaffTrainingStandard lookup table

Description
The luStaffTrainingStandard lookup table is used to define the levels of training for staff training courses.
This lookup table is used to populate the Training Standard field on the General tab of the Add Staff P.D. Details window. See Adding new professional development details in the Human resources manual.
