Use the Individual Plans tab to maintain individual learning plans used for past students.

  • reason for the plan
  • staff responsible for implementing the plan.

Maintain the specific details of the individual plan including:

  • student's starting proficiency
  • goal(s) of the plan
  • strategies to be employed
  • monitoring and evaluation process
  • education level of the plan.

Maintain activities associated with the individual plan.

Maintain learning areas associated with the individual plan.
