Past Student Maintenance - Individual Plans tab - Relevant Learning Areas sub-tab

Use the Relevant Learning Areas sub-tab to select learning areas relevant to the individual plan.

 

 Opening the Relevant Learning Areas sub-tab

To open the Relevant Learning Areas sub-tab:

  1. Select Module > Development > Past Student Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Set Past Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
    Tip: You can also access the past student functions by clicking .
  2. Select the past student. See Searching for past students.
    The Personal tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Individual Plans tab.
    The Individual Plans tab is displayed.
  4. Click the Relevant Learning Areas sub-tab.
    The Relevant Learning Areas sub-tab of Past Student Maintenance is displayed.

Plan Relevant To

Select whether the plan is relevant to either:

  • all classes
  • classes in selected learning areas.

File Type

File type. For example, Academic. See the luFileType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

Grid area fields

Learning area code. For example, MATH. See Maintaining learning areas in the Curriculum manual.

Description

Description of the learning area.

Relevant

Whether the learning area is relevant to the individual learning plan.
