Incorporating Crystal Reports into Synergetic
Crystal Reports is a program that is used in conjunction with Synergetic to draw any information from the database then report on this information.
If you have licenses to use the Crystal Reports designer software, you can create any custom report that you want. These reports can also be customised to your needs by either your or other staff; Contact Synergetic Management Systems for more information.
If you do not have Crystal Reports installed, Synergetic has a vast set of reports available under each module. Have a look at all reports by clicking Module > Students > Student Crystal Reports Available. If you want to view all reports available, click on the All Modules radio button at the top of this window.
You can incorporate your own custom Crystal Reports into Synergetic. You can:
- Modify an existing Crystal Report and save it with the same name. See Modifying existing Crystal Reports.
- Create a new report, either from scratch or based on another report. See Creating new Crystal Reports.
- Modify an existing report definition screen and use it for your new or modified Crystal Report. See Modifying existing report definition screens.
- Create a new report definition screen for a new or modified Crystal Report. See Creating new report definition screens.
