Changing a lookup table from within the field

To change a lookup table when you are editing a field:

  1. Right click in the field.
    A pop up menu similar to the following is displayed.


  2. From this menu you can:
  • Add a new entry into the lookup table.
  • Change an existing entry in the lookup table.
  • Search for an entry in the lookup table.
  • Refresh the lookup table if a change has been made but is not showing up on the screen. This redisplays the contents of the lookup table directly from the database.
