luQualification lookup table
Description
The luQualification lookup table is used to define types of qualifications held by community and staff members at your organisation.
This lookup table is used on the Qualifications field on the Add Qualification window which corresponds with the Code and Description grid area fields on the Qualification tab of:
- Community Maintenance. See Adding qualifications and the Community Maintenance - Qualifications tab in the Community manual.
- Staff Maintenance. See Adding new qualifications and the Staff Maintenance - Qualifications tab in the Human resources manual.

Code | Unique identifier for the qualification. |
Description | Description of the qualification. |
ExternalSystemType | Code for the external system that provides the lookup table data. |
ExternalSystemCode | Code for the qualification used by the external system. |
Default-QualificationLevelCode | Code for the default qualification level. See luQualificationLevel lookup table. This populates the Level grid area field on the Qualifications tab if the Qualification Level was not specified on the Add Qualification window. |
ActiveFlag | Whether the selected qualification is active at your organisation. |
ExternalCode | External code used by the organisation delivering the qualification. |
ModifiedDate | Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified. |
ModifiedUser | User that last modified the lookup table entry. |
