Community Maintenance - Phone bar
Use the Phone bar to maintain the community member's phone and email details.
Community Maintenance - Phone bar key fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Home Phone | Home telephone number. |
Silent Phone | Select if the phone number is not to be listed or made available to staff members without appropriate permissions. |
Home Phone Alt | Second home phone number if applicable. |
Mobile | Mobile telephone number. |
Silent Mobile | Select if the mobile phone number is not to be listed or made available to staff members without appropriate permissions. |
Default Mobile Phone | Community member's preferred mobile phone. Available values are:

Home Fax | Home fax number, if applicable. |
Home Email | Home email address, if applicable. |
Default Email | Select the default email address. Values include:
|
Web Site | Individual's personal or company's web site. prefix to be specified but it can be included. |
Common fields
Field | Description |

Search Filter | The Search Filter field is located at the top of the Community Selector. This field can be used to filter community members by any of the information displayed in the Community Selector. |
