Enabling timesheet claiming for pay codes

All pay codes that you want staff to claim through timesheets must be configured to appear on the timesheets.

Configuring pay codes to display on timesheets

To configure a pay code to display on staff timesheets:

  1. Either:
    • Open the pay code in Payroll Code Maintenance in Synergetic. See Pay Code Maintenance - General tab in the Synergetic Payroll manual.
    • Create a new pay code for use in timesheets in Synergetic. See Creating new pay codes in the Synergetic Payroll manual.
  2. Select the General tab.
    The General tab of Payroll Code Maintenance is displayed.
  3. Select the Include in Timesheets field.
  4. Click .
  5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 for any other pay codes you want to appear on timesheets.
    Once you have configured the pay codes for timesheets, you need to assign the timesheet-enabled pay codes to staff members. See Enabling timesheet claiming for staff members
