Configuring the Staff Kiosk

You can configure aspects of the Staff Kiosk to suit your organisation's needs.
Most of the Staff Kiosk configuration is managed through Configuration File Maintenance in Synergetic. The remaining configuration settings for the Staff Kiosk are set from maintenance programs in Synergetic.

Configuring access to the Staff Kiosk

Before staff can use the Staff Kiosk, you need to select the security permissions for the:

  • HUMKIOSK module in Synergetic. Enable all security permissions for all groups of staff that you want to be able to access the Staff Kiosk.
  • Timesheets | Approve resource in the PAYTS module. You can select:

    - Timesheets | Approve | AllReportingLine to set approval permissions for all people in the reporting line
    Timesheets | Approve | DirectReport to set approval permissions for people reporting directly to the approver

    Enable all security permissions for all groups of staff that you want to be able to approve submitted timesheets.
