Configuring staff schedules

You can configure aspects of Staff Schedule Maintenance to suit your organisation's needs.

AllowTimetabled-ClassSchedule

Determine if timetabled classes show up in the Staff Schedule Maintenance.

DefaultAttended

Determine if scheduled appointments default to Attended.

DefinitionTime

Define the default schedule periods.

EnableQuickCreation

Determines whether you can make a New Quick Appointment or a New Quick Recurring Appointment in Staff Schedule Maintenance.

UseObjectRooms

Determine whether Staff Schedule Maintenance can use object rooms rather than the luRoom lookup table list.

Stored procedures
You can create a stored procedure to modify schedule parameters before inserting the staff schedule event. The procedures are:

  • uspiStaffSchedulePreInsert for staff events
  • uspiStaffScheduleStudentInsert for when students are imported into the StaffScheduleStudentClasses table.
