Looking up a prior medical incident

You can use the Incident History tab of Medical Maintenance to look up past medical incidents. Referring to this information can help you understand the current symptoms of your patient. Additionally, once you receive additional information about a patient, you can return to a past incident to add more details that may help treat them in the future.

To find a prior medical incident:

1. Sign the staff member or student into the medical centre. See Signing staff or students into the medical centre.
2. Select Students > Medical Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
   The Incidents tab of Medical Maintenance is displayed.
3. Click the Incident History tab.
   The Incidents History tab of Medical Maintenance is displayed.
   
4. Click for the past incident you would like to look up.
   The Past Incident window is displayed.
   
   Once the past incident is displayed, you can update existing details or add additional details.
