You can use the Test tab to record information about medical tests including:

  • test type
  • test date
  • name of the person that conducted the test
  • linked medical conditions
  • results.


  Opening the Test tab

To open the Test tab:

  1. Select Students > Medical Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
    The Incidents tab of Medical Maintenance is displayed.
  2. Click the Test tab.
    The Test tab of Medical Maintenance is displayed.

Fields

Field

Description

Test Type

Type of medical test. For example, Eye test.

Note: Medical test types are maintained using the luMedicalTestType lookup table. See the luMedicalTestType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.

Test Date

Date the medical test was conducted.

Tested By

Person that conducted the medical test.

Test Results

Results of the medical test.
