Medical details Overview
Medical details are entered in SynWeb using the Medical Maintenance window, which can be accessed by clicking the Students menu and selecting Medical Maintenance. Although it is accessed via the Students menu, you can maintain medical details for students (current, future and past) and staff members.
Once the Medical Maintenance window is displayed, you can sign in a new patient or select an existing patient from the list of currently admitted patients. The medical information of the patient is listed across eight tabs. Personal information can be accessed using Community Maintenance. See Community.

Note: The Sign In and Sign Out functionality in the medical centre can only be used to maintain records for current students and staff members.
Note: Medical details are restricted to those with confidential record privileges.
