- view and maintain your professional development courses
- approve professional development courses for subordinate staff members.
Note: You can only approve professional development courses for subordinate staff if you or your job position is listed under the Personal Development Request notification type. See Maintaining job positions in the Synergetic Human Resources manual.

Grid area fields
Field | Description |

Course | Name of the course. |
Provider | Organisation running the course. |
Start Date | Date the course starts. |
Finish Date | Date the course is due to finish. |
Venue | Location where the course runs. |
Status | Status of the professional development course Note: These statuses and their symbols are configured in the luStaffTrainingStatus lookup table. See luStaffTrainingStatus lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual. |
Course has not yet been approved, or status has not been selected. | |
Course has been approved. | |
Course has been completed. | |
Course has been rejected. |
