Course Maintenance - Students bar

Use the Students bar to view the list of current students attending the course.

Opening the Students bar

To open the Students bar:

Select Curriculum > Course Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
The Set Course Search Criteria window is displayed.
Search for the course. See Searching for courses.
Click the Students bar.

Tip: You can click anywhere on the bar to open it.

Course Maintenance - Students bar key fields and buttons
Grid area fields

Fields	Description
Student Name	Name of the student.
Status	Student's status code for the course. For example: Normal Enrolled Finalised.
Description	Description of the course status.
ID	Student's Synergetic ID.

Common buttons

Button	Description
	Navigate between the selected courses.
	Launch the Create New Course window to add a new course to the database. Enter the details for the course and click .
	Display the Course Maintenance Search Criteria window. You can update the search criteria and search for new courses. See Searching for courses.
	Customise how the bars are displayed. See Customising navigation bars in the Introduction manual.
	Create a new task relating to the current course. See Managing tasks in the Introduction manual.
