Key assessment and reporting reports
There are a number of standard reports available to you to help you manage student assessments. See the folder of Crystal Reports supplied to your organisation.

To access these reports:
- Select Reports > Available Reports.
- Select REP / Reporting/Assessments from the Modules drop-down list.
The available reports are listed. - Scroll down to the required report.
- Click on the Report launch link.
Description of key reports
Report | Description |

Class Student Contact Labels | Address labels for all students in the class. |
Interim Reports | Interim reports for selected students. |
Students with No Results by Staff Member | Lists all students with no results and the responsible staff members. |
Staff Personal Comment Bank | List of personal comments by staff member. |
VELS Student Reports | Comparison of student achievement with achievement standards. |
Staff Home Contact List | List of staff contact details. |
Student Ages by House | List of student ages by house. |
Student Class Booklist by Year Level | Class booklists for each year level. |
Student Sport Summer/Winter List by House | List of student sporting activities by season and house. |
Student Sport Summer/Winter List | List of student sporting activities by season only. |
Class Student Numbers | Number of students in each class. |
Student Class List by House and Year Level | Lists of students in each class by year level. |
Assessment Areas List | List of assessment areas. |
Subject Classes by Assessment Code | List of subject classes by assessment code. |
Assessment Areas and Materials List | List of materials required for each assessment area. |
Class Lists | Lists of students in each class. |
Copy of Student Photos | List of student photos. Filter by surname, gender, class, campus, house or teacher. |
Assessment Worksheets | Assessment worksheets. |
Timetables | Timetables for the selected staff member and time period. |
