Description
The ENQ_Inactivity_Rpt_A:InactivityWeekdays configuration setting determines the number of weekdays that must pass before an enquiry is deemed inactive and included in the ENQ_Inactivity_Rpt_A Action Centre report.
 

Default value
The default value is 5. Five weekdays must have pass before the system considers an enquiry inactive.
 

Setting a new value
Type a number into the Value field in the Configuration File Maintenance window to set the number of weekdays that must pass before an enquiry is considered inactive.
