Use the Past Staff tab to view staff members that currently use the selected award.

Code | Unique code identifying the award. |
Description | Description of the award. |

Note: At this point, Synergetic only supports creating awards through the Payroll Configuration window. See Payroll Configuration - Leave Awards tab in the Payroll manual. |
Past Staff tab key fields and buttons
Fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
Name | Staff member's name. |
Staff Code | Staff member's staff code. |
Award Level | Level of award the staff member held. |
Department | Department the staff member works in. |
Campus | Campus the staff member works on. |
Start | Date the staff member started this award. |
End | Date the staff member finished this award. |
FTE | FTE level of this award for this staff member. |
ID | Staff member's Synergetic ID. |
