Award Maintenance - Past Staff tab

Use the Past Staff tab to view staff members that currently use the selected award.

 Opening the Past Staff tab

To open the Past Staff tab:

  1. Select Module > Human Resources > Award Maintenance from the main menu.
    The General tab of the Award Maintenance window is displayed.
  2. Click the Past Staff tab.
    The Past Staff tab of the Award Maintenance window is displayed.

Unique code identifying the award.

Select the first record.

Select the previous record.

Select the next record.

Select the last record.

Note: At this point, Synergetic only supports creating awards through the Payroll Configuration window. See Payroll Configuration - Leave Awards tab in the Payroll manual.



Past Staff tab key fields and buttons

Name

Staff member's name.

Staff Code

Staff member's staff code.

Award Level

Level of award the staff member held.

Department

Department the staff member works in.

Campus

Campus the staff member works on.

Start

Date the staff member started this award.

End

Date the staff member finished this award.

FTE

FTE level of this award for this staff member.

ID

Staff member's Synergetic ID.

Description

Launch Staff Maintenance for the selected staff member. See Staff Maintenance - Personal tab.

Tip:
You can also launch Staff Maintenance by double clicking on the staff member in the grid.
