Adding new medical plans
To add a new medical plan:
- Click .
The Confirm window is displayed. - Click .
The Type field in the Details area is selected. - Select the Type. See luMedicalPlanType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
- Type the name of the staff member that issued the plan into the Issued By field.
- Select the Location. See luMedicalLocation lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
- Select the Start Date.
- Select the End Date.
- Click to link a document to the medical plan, if necessary.
- Click .
