What's new to System maintenance

VCEA school changes:

The VCEA Notes and Codes changes for 2025 are applied only to VCEA schools.
The Visa reference table updates are applied.
The Visa lookup tables descriptions are updated and any discontinued Visa codes are inactivated. Note: Visa lookup changes only occur at VCEA ICON schools.

Non VCEA school changes:

The Visa reference table updates are applied to all schools.
The Visa lookup tables descriptions are not applied to non VCEA schools.

Ability to load Site documents into Synergetic for hosted environment

A new option exists in the System Menu called "Open Windows File Explorer (Use to copy Reports/Icons/Forms)". This was created mainly with Hosted Synergetic in mind as a way for schools to access the file structure for copying custom reports, forms, and icons. The explorer window simply opens up in the main Synergetic folder and the user is then able to copy the required files.

The new resource is Module: SYS -> OpenWindowsFileExplorer and permission has been automatically granted to any user who has access to the User/Report Form Editor resource
