Description
The ChargingHasBegunMessage configuration setting defines the message displayed when trying to change the currently selected payment plan after charging has begun.

Default value
The default value is Charging on your account has begun, you cannot reselect at this time.

Setting a different value
Type new text into the Value field of the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Configuration File Maintenance window.
