Synergetic Financial Configuration - Payroll BMS ID tab

You can use the Payroll BMS ID tab to maintain Business Management System IDs.

Opening the BMS ID tab

To open the BMS ID tab:

Select Module > System > Finance Configuration Maintenance from the main menu.
The General tab of the Synergetic Financial Configuration window is displayed.
Click the BMS ID tab.
The BMS ID tab of the Payroll Configuration window is displayed.

Fields

Field

Description

BMS ID

The Business Management System ID currently used by your organisation. See Generating BMS IDs.

Note: This field only shows for Australian organisations when the Single Touch Payroll Enabled field is selected on the General tab of Payroll Configuration. See Payroll Configuration - General tab.

BMS History grid area fields

Field	Description
BMS ID	Previously used BMS ID.
End Date	Date your organisation stopped using the selected previously used BMS ID.
Created By	Synergetic user that generated the selected previously used BMS ID.
Created	Generation date of the selected previously used BMS ID.
Modified By	Synergetic user that last modified the selected previously used BMS ID.
Modified	Last modified date of the selected previously used BMS ID.
Seq	Sequence number assigned to the previously used BMS ID.

Generate a Business Management Software ID. See Generating BMS IDs.

Add a new BMS history record.

Edit the selected BMS History record.
