Determining Crystal Report user credentials

To determine the Crystal Reports user credentials:

1. Log into SQL Server Management Studio.
   SQL Server Management Studio is displayed.
   
2. Select the database that corresponds to your Synergetic build.
3. Click .
4. Enter the following query.
   
   The Crystal report user credentials are displayed.
   
   
5. Record the user name. In this case, zSynergetic_crystal_finance.
6. Copy the encrypted password.
7. Open the Excryption/Decryption Test application.
   
   Note: The Excryption/Decryption Test application is located in the APPS(\\ZEUS) (F:)\SynExcryptV1 folder.
   
   The Excryption/Decryption Test window is displayed.
   
   
8. Paste the encrypted password into the Encrypted field.
9. Click .
   
10. Record the decrypted password displayed in the Clear text field.
