Description
The luEarlyChildhoodParticipation lookup table is used to define types of early childhood participation.
This lookup table is used to populate the Early Childhood Participation field on the NZMOE tab of:

Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - NZMOE tab in the Future students manual.
Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - NZMOE tab (Roll returns) in the Current students manual.
Past Student Maintenance. See Past Student Maintenance - NZMOE tab in the Past students manual.

Code	Unique identifier for the early childhood participation type.
Description	Description of the early childhood participation type.
ExternalSystemType	Code for the external authority that provides the ExternalSystemCodes. List of External Authorities/Data Providers: NZMOE See:Overview of Reference Tables - Externally Supplied Data
ExternalSystemCode	Code for the early childhood participation type used by the external system. Note: For information about NZMOE early childhood participation codes see Participation in early childhood education in the Roll returns manual.
ActiveFlag	Whether the selected early childhood participation type is active at your organisation.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
