Running the Future Student Confirmation Individual report

To run the future student confirmation individual report:

1. Select Module > Future Students > Future Student Crystal Reports Available from the main menu.
   The Synergetic Reports Available window is displayed.
    
2. Locate the report using the Search field.
   
3. Select the Future Student Confirmation Individual report in the grid area.
4. Click .
   The Future Student Confirmation Individual window is displayed.
   
5. Select the confirmation groups to be shown for each student using the Confirmation Groups to Show area.
6. Enter a date using the Treat Confirmations as Current from field to mark confirmations prior to the entered date as "Not Current".
   
   Note: The date selector of this field must be populated, but the field is not applied unless selected.
   
   
7. Select Hide Current Confirmations, if you want to exclude confirmations prior to the date in the Treat Confirmations as Current from field. If selected, confirmations prior to the selected date display as "Not Current".
   
8. Select the contact types to be included using the Contact options area fields.
9. Select additional future student filters, if required.
10. Click View....
    The Future Student Confirmation Individual report is displayed.
