Running the Confirmation Period Summary report

You can run the Confirmation Period Summary report to view a summary of a selected confirmation period including:

  • Configuration details defined using the luConfirmationOfDetailsDates lookup table. See luConfirmationOfDetailDates lookup table.
  • My Details groups to be confirmed by students
  • My Details groups to be confirmed by student contacts
  • Community members included in the confirmation period
  • Summary of confirmed and unconfirmed My Details groups.

Note: You will see the following notification if the selected confirmation period has no groups for its participants to confirm. You can rectify this issue by selecting groups using the luConfirmationOfDetailsDates lookup table. See luConfirmationOfDetailDates lookup table.

To run the Confirmation Period Summary report:

  1. Select Module > Students > Student Crystal Reports Available.
    The Synergetic Reports Available window is displayed.
  2. Locate the report using the Search field.
  3. Select the Confirmation Period Summary report in the grid area.
  4. Click .
    The Confirmation Period Summary window is displayed.
  5. Select the confirmation period using the Confirmation Period drop-down list.

    Note: You can select both active and inactive confirmation periods using the Confirmation Period drop-down list.

  6. Select the Show Details field, if you would like to display additional listings of community members by confirmation status.

    Tip: You can use this field to track progress and quickly identify community members that have yet to complete their confirmations. For each community member you can see their Student ID, Name, Constituency, and groups completed.


  7. Click .
    The Confirmation Period Summary report is displayed.
