71.60 Default Previous School functionality for Core API future students | Enrolment systems integrating with Synergetic no longer need to pass a Previous School code into the Future Student API as long as there is a school with the SynergyMeaning 'UNKNOWN' set in luSchool. | |
71.53 WA Government Schools List Updated | The WA Gov School List reference data has been updated as per https://www.education.wa.edu.au/school-data-and-performance as at 11 February 2025. Schools with 71.53 and later can Load the new schools into luSchool. | |
71.47 NZMOE Attendance Codes Update | NZMOE Attendance Codes Update NZMOE have advised of changes to the NZ Attendance Code list for 2025. These changes have been implemented in the Reference table. NZ schools are advised to update their luAbsenceType Lookup table according to the advice you have received from NZQA. | |

71.25 Ability to load Site documents into Synergetic for hosted environment | A new option exists in the System Menu called "Open Windows File Explorer (Use to copy Reports/Icons/Forms)". This was created mainly with Hosted Synergetic in mind as a way for schools to access the file structure for copying custom reports, forms, and icons. The explorer window simply opens up in the main Synergetic folder and the user is then able to copy the required files. |
