Description
The luFutureApplicationDates lookup table is used to maintain the cut-off dates for future student applications.

Campus	Campus the student is applying to.
YearLevel	Year level the student is applying to.
EnrolYear	Year the student is applying to enrol in.
ApplicationCut-OffDate	Cut-off date for the application.
ActiveFlag	Whether the selected cut-off date is currently active at your organisation.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
