The luFutureApplicationDates lookup table is used to maintain the cut-off dates for future student applications.

ApplicationCut-OffDate	Cut-off date for the application.
ActiveFlag	Whether the selected cut-off date is currently active at your organisation.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
