ParentYearLevelNoConvert

Note: that in in 2009 MCEETYA became MCEECDYA.

Description
The ParentYearLevelNoConvert setting is used to determine whether to convert the Highest Secondary Year Level of the parents to the appropriate MCEECDYA level for the corresponding year level, when exporting Demographic data.

In the Current students manual, see:

Default value

The default value is False.

The Highest Secondary Year Level of each of the parents is converted to the MCEECDYA level for the corresponding year level.

Setting a different value

Select the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window to set the value to True. See Maintaining configuration files.

The MCEECDYA level that has been entered in the Highest Secondary Year Level field of each of the parents is exported. Synergetic does not convert any of the values entered.

This is useful if you have already entered the MCEECDYA level directly already.
