Crystal Reports for Victorian Curriculum
The Victorian Curriculum result type affects different types of Crystal Reports:
- Dot chart
- Standard reports
- Custom reports.
The following text must appear on all school reports for the Victorian Curriculum F-10:
Progress is shown for English and Mathematics. As new curriculum areas are introduced and taught in the Victorian Curriculum, your child’s progress will show the level of achievement in that curriculum area. Progress will only be shown when a curriculum area is reported on for the second time.
Dot charts
Dot charts appear on standard and customised Crystal Reports.
Expected results
Expected results are displayed on Crystal Reports using triangles. For information on creating subject assessments for entering expected results, see Creating subject assessment areas for entering expected results.

The following Victorian Curriculum reports are available for schools using the Victorian Curriculum:
Custom reports
Custom reports using the Victorian Curriculum F-10 result type need Victorian Curriculum values. If you cannot do this within your organisation, contact Synergetic Management Systems to place an order for your custom form.
To print Victorian Curriculum Crystal Reports:
- Select Module > Assessments > Assessment Crystal Reports Available.
The Synergetic Reports Available window is displayed for the REP module. - Select either:
• - Update the report criteria if required.
- Click .
The Print window is displayed. - Update the print settings if required.
