Course Details Maintenance - Payment tab

Use the Payment tab to view:

  • fees for the course
  • amount charged, paid to date and owing for the course
  • debtor's details and the overall amount owing
  • debtor's most recent payment details.

 

 Opening the Payment tab

To open the Payment tab:

  1. Select Module > Development > Past Student Maintenance from the main menu.
    The Set Past Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
    Tip: You can also access the past student functions by clicking .
  2. Select the past student. See Searching for past students.
    The Personal tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. Click the Courses tab.
    The Courses tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.
  4. Select the course to maintain.
  5. Click .
    The Enrolment tab of the Course Details Maintenance window is displayed.
  6. Click the Payment tab.
    The Payment tab of the Course Details Maintenance window is displayed.


Course Details Maintenance - Payment tab key fields and buttons

Fields

Field

Description

Debtor ID

Debtor ID for the debtor responsible for the student's course.

Name

Name of the debtor.

Course Fees

Cost of the course. For details of the course fees, see the Charges tab.

Charged

Total the student has been charged for the course.

Paid

Amount paid for the course to date.

Owing

Amount owed for the course.

Overall Balance

Overall amount owed by the debtor.

Last Pay't Date /
Last Pay't Amt

Date and amount of the most recent payment.
 

These values are from the Receipts tab of Debtor Maintenance. In the example, the details from the most recent receipt are used.
