Visa Subclass

Visa subclass of the student.

• For a visa subclass to be included in the export:
  
  - Primary field must be selected for the linked citizenship record
  - Active field must be selected for the visa subclass
  - Process Date of the export must be between the Issued Date and Expiry Date.

Arrival Date

Arrival date of the student.

• This value is defined using the Arrival Date field in the Visa Subclasses area of the International tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - International tab.
• Each arrival date is recorded on a separate line when there are multiple Visa subclass records with arrival dates.
• This value has a format of dd/mm/yyyy.

VET Unique Student Identifier.

Parent 1 School Education

Highest level of secondary school education attained by the first parent.

• This value is defined using the Highest Secondary Year Level field on the Parent 1 sub-tab of the Demographic tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Demographic tab - Parent 1 sub-tab.
• This value is 0 when the highest level of secondary school education is Not stated/unknown
• This value is 1 when the highest level of secondary school education is Year 9 or equivalent or below

Whether the student a Brightpath project student.

• This value is defined using the Brightpath Year field on the WA SCSA tab of the Import/Export Student Data window. See Import_Export Student Data - WA SCSA tab.
• This value is Y for students included in a Brightpath year level. Otherwise, this value is N.
• This value has a maximum field length of 1 character.

Note: Schools can opt into the Brightpath project for their primary, secondary or entire year level range.

ABLEWA project student

Whether the student is an ABLEWA project student.

• This value is defined using the Additional Learning Needs field on the Flags tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Flags tab.
• This value has a maximum field length of 1 character.
• This value can be either:
  
  - Y - Student is an ABLEWA student
  - N - Student is not an ABLEWA student.
