Note: You must map outbound Synergetic lookup table values to the values expected by your state education authority. For more information about the demographic mapping requirements of each state, see Using the Interface Settings window.

Column	Heading	Description
A	SchoolCode	Australian government code identifying the school.
		Configuration
		Type the school code assigned to your organisation into the School Code field on the Demographic tab of the Import/Export Student Data window.
B	ACT StudentID	Student identification number.
		Configuration
		Select an option from the ACT Student ID Field drop-down list to define the field used as the student identification number for the export. You can select: Studies Code Government Student Number. Note: Students with this field blank in the export do not have the selected student identification option populated on the Codes tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Codes tab.
C	Surname	Surname of the student.
		Configuration
		Type the surname of the student into the Surname field on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab.
D	GivenName	Given name of the student.
		Configuration
		Type the given name of the student into the first text box of the Given field on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab.
E	MiddleName	Middle name of the student.
		Configuration

F	PreferredName	Preferred name of the student.

G	YearLevel	Year level of the student.

		Select the year level of the student using the Year Level drop-down list on the School tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - School tab - Status sub-tab.
H	ClassID	Form of the student.

I	Gender	Gender of the student.
		Configuration
		Select the gender of the student using the Gender field on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab. This field has a value of: 1 for Male 2 for Female.
J	DateOfBirth	Date of birth of the student.
		Configuration

K	CountryOfBirth	Code used for the country of birth of the student.

		Configuration
		Select the Indigenous Student and Torres Strait Islander fields on the Flags tab of Current Student Maintenance to determine the value of this field. See Current Student Maintenance - Flags tab. This field has a value of: 1 when the Indigenous Student flag is selected 2 when the Torres Strait Islander flag is selected 3 when both flags are selected. 4 when neither flag is selected.
N	MotherHomeLanguage	Code used for the language spoken by the mother at home.
