Comes from the External Name in the Student's Community record (can be viewed/amended in by clicking on the Display Names button on the Names tab in Community Maintenance) - if the External Name matches the Legal Name, then the field is left blankName of the student used on academic certificates.

Date of Birth

Date of birth of the student. Comes from the Student's Birth Date (which can be amended both via Current Student Maintenance and Community Maintenance)

Sex

Gender of the student.

Status

Status of the student.

• This field is defined using the School tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - School tab.
• This field has a value of 4 when the Status field is populated with a status that has a SynergyMeaning of LEFT or LEAVING.
• This field has a value of 2 when the Reason field is populated with a reason with a SynergyMeaning of DECEASED.
• This field has a value of 1 when neither of the above rules are true.

• This value has a value of 1 when the Indigenous Student field is selected
• This value has a value of 2 when the Torres Strait Islander field is selected

Date of Status

Date linked to the status of the student (Column M).

• This value is defined using the dates linked to the status records in the Status field on the Status sub-tab of the School tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - School tab - Status sub-tab.
• The values of the Status field are defined using the luStudentStatus lookup table. See luStudentStatus lookup table.
• This value is populated with the date in the Leaving Date field when the record selected in the Status field has a SynergyMeaning of LEFT or LEAVING.

Number of hours of community service performed by the student.

Visa Subclass

Visa subclass of the student.

• This value is defined using the Visa Subclasses area of the International tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - International tab.
• This value has a maximum field length of 10 characters.
• For a visa subclass to be included in the export:
  
  - Primary field must be selected for the linked citizenship record
  - Active field must be selected for the visa subclass
  - Process Date of the export must be between the Issued Date and Expiry Date.

Arrival Date

Arrival date of the student.

• This value is defined using the Arrival Date field in the Visa Subclasses area of the International tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - International tab.
• Each arrival date is recorded on a separate line when there are multiple Visa subclass records with arrival dates.
• This value has a format of dd/mm/yyyy.

VET Unique Student Identifier.

• This value is defined using the Vocational Education Code field on the Codes tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Codes tab.

Parent 1 School Education

Highest level of secondary school education attained by the first parent.

• This value is defined using the Highest Secondary Year Level field on the Parent 1 sub-tab of the Demographic tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Demographic tab - Parent 1 sub-tab.
• This value is 0 when the highest level of secondary school education is Not stated/unknown
• This value is 1 when the highest level of secondary school education is Year 9 or equivalent or below
• This value is 2 when the highest level of secondary school education is Year 10 or equivalent
