You can access the MessageMedia Hub to create credentials.

Go to Settings > API Settings

Please create credentials using Basic Authentication.

The api_key is the UserID, and the api_secret is the Password

These credentials will be used in the set up in Synergetic.

Select New and enter the credentials as per the API key generated in MessageMedia.
