Column	Heading	Description
A	Location AGEID	School code allocated to each campus by the Department of Education.
		Configuration
		This field is defined using the MCEETYASchoolCode field of the luCampus lookup table. See luCampus lookup table. Note: If the MCEETYASchoolCode field of the luCampus lookup table is not populated this value is defined using the Value field of the MCEETYA_SchoolCode configuration setting. See MCEETYA_SchoolCode configuration setting.
B	Student Record Number (SRN)	Unique number used to identify each student.
		Configuration
		This number is created for each student by combining: Location AGEID for their campus defined using the MCEETYASchoolCode and CampusSort fields of the luCampus lookup table. See luCampus lookup table. Sort number for their campus defined using the CampusSort fields of the luCampus lookup table. See luCampus lookup table. Five-digit sequential number. Note: The five-digit sequential number is automatically generated during the export.
C	Boarding (B) or Day (D)	Whether the student is a boarding student or a day student.
		Configuration
		Select the boarding status of students using the Boarder field on the Status sub-tab of the School tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - School tab - Status sub-tab. This field has a value of either: B for boarding students D for day students.
D	Primary or Secondary	Year level of the student.
		Configuration
		This field is defined using the Year Level field on the Current School group of the School tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - School tab - Status sub-tab. This field has a value of either: Primary for Primary school students Secondary for Secondary school students.
E	Address Line 1	First line of the student's home address.
		Configuration
		This field is defined using the Line 1 field on the Home Address tab of Community Maintenance. See Community Maintenance - Home Address tab.
F	Address Line 2 (Optional)	Second line of the student's home address.
		Configuration
		This field is defined using the 2 field on the Home Address tab of Community Maintenance. See Community Maintenance - Home Address tab.
G	Suburb/City	Suburb or city of the student's home address.
		Configuration
		This field is defined using the Suburb field on the Home Address tab of Community Maintenance. See Community Maintenance - Home Address tab.
H	State or Territory	State or territory of the student's home address.

		This field is defined using the State field on the Home Address tab of Community Maintenance. See Community Maintenance - Home Address tab.
I	Postcode	Post of the student's home address.

Columns J to AB	Parent/Guardian 1 and 2	Synergetic determines whether a student contact is a parent/guardian based on the value of the Parent flag on the Contacts tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Contacts tab.
J	P1 First Name	First name of the first parent/guardian.

K	P1 Last Name	Surname of the first parent/guardian.

L	P1 Preferred Name (Optional)	Preferred name of the first parent/guardian.

M	P1 Same as student address?	Whether the first parent/guardian has the same address as the student.

		This field has a value of Y or N.
N	P1 Address Line 1	First line of the first parent/guardian's home address.

O	P1 Address Line 2 (Optional)	Second line of the first parent/guardian's home address.
