Development Maintenance - Prospect Tracking tab
Use the Prospect Tracking tab to:
track prospective donors against appeals
manage their involvement in fundraising activities for each appeal.

Prospect tracking reports
Once you have created an appeal for the prospect, you can use the following reports to assist you:
Report | Description |

Prospect Activity Report | Lists prospects, the dates they were contacted and action taken. |
Prospect Tracking List | Lists prospects that are nominated for each appeal with their inclinations, capacity and indication levels. |
Prospect Follow-Up List | Lists prospect details (including contact, activity and follow-up method) by staff member or volunteer responsible for tracking the prospect. |
